Reviews
We ordered 3 main dishes (dal makhani, paneer pinwheel & bhindi do pyaza)- sent back the bhindi. Requested it to be replaced with malai kofta - which was also uncooked.
Tandoori roti was very good - so was the paneer & dal.
Service could be better but the server is polite.
Ambience is rustic - they need to upgrade now because it has started to feel old/worn out.
The customer service was awesome and the food was absolutely delicious. My mom can't have spicy food so the Afghani chicken kebab was perfectly made for her. The mango lemonade was super refreshing and yummy. I got kashmiri malai kofta, one of the best ones I have had so far. My sister got pav bhaji and it tasted just as good as the street style one in India. The lamb was cooked perfectly, my husband loves spicy so it had the right amount of kick. It was our first time here and we were very pleased with the experience, atmosphere and most importantly the food. I highly recommend them and we will most likely be coming back.
Highly recommend the aloo tikki burger which comes with peri peri fries. It’s the perfect evening snack. We also got the moscow mule both alcoholic and nonalcoholic, both are excellent. We got chicken biryani for takeout, it was extremely dry and didn’t have the right amount of flavors.
The best fine dining Indian restaurant in seattle. Every item on the menu is an explosion of unexpected but appreciated flavors. Definitely worth driving into the city just to eat here! Be careful with your wallets tho, it’s not affordable by any means.
The paneer cheese sticks were exceptional. A wide selection of Indo American fusion dishes
One phrase to describe the food here: flavorful weight. The basics are acceptable. Avoid the cocktails.
Dining at Zaika is a must-try experience! Don't miss their refreshing Bombay Mule and the fragrant Gulabo from the drink menu, along with their mouthwatering Kale Chat. All their vegetarian dishes are delicious and expertly cooked, especially the incredible vegetable biryani that will leave you wanting more.
Amazing food, the menu is overwhelming and I wanted to order everything! The lamb dish is out of this world, full of spice and flavor with the perfect heat. The chili paneer was knockout for its flavor and spicyness, the blended with he chili was just a great intro to dinner. Ordered two types of bread and the laccha paratha is a must try!
We were walking by and decided to eat here for dinner. The host asked if we have a reservation. We said no. They sat us by the window seat, the quiet area per our request. They were so accommodating and so kind. Our server was really sweet. I think we asked her too many detail questions that she couldn’t answer which is okay. She tried her best and did such amazing job. We ordered chicken tikka masala, mushroom steak, garlic and onion naan, the shrimp dish, samosas, and some dessert. The food was AMAZING and so good! Their tikka masala was so creamy and very tasty. We will definitely return when we’re back in town.
